April 2025 Newsletter

The first Quarter of 2025 has been extremely rewarding, and I am so encouraged!

For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not of your own doing; it is the gift of God. Ephesians 2:8-9

Following is a quick recap of the AMAZING things that have occurred:

  • 81 people have made Jesus Christ their Lord and Savior–

9 in Tyler, 42 in Dallas, and 30 in Austin

  • 3 people have been baptized
  • 1 person in Austin and 2 people in Dallas have moved into permanent housing
  • 1 person in Dallas and 1 person in Tyler have entered a long-term recovery program

MY LATEST TRIP

In March I was in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area for 4 days and in Austin for 4 days experiencing the true grace and goodness of Our Lord, witnessing Him transform lives and bring hope to those who felt hopeless.

We were able to get a young single mom off the streets of Dallas and into a sober-living house. As of this writing, she has gotten a sponsor and is beginning to work the truly spiritual Program of Recovery as outlined in the Big Book of Alcoholics Anonymous. Additionally, she has been in contact with Child Protective Services to start the process of being reconnected with her 2 children who are currently in foster care. I ask for your prayers for Melissa and her children, Cory and Cheyenne.

UPCOMING MISSIONARY TRIPS

The results of these Mission Trips always amaze me and reassure me that I’m doing what I’ve been called to do. I’m extremely excited about April’s Mission Trip. I will start in the DFW area, head to San Antonio and then to New Orleans. I ask for your prayers, specifically prayers that everyone I encounter will be receptive and that their lives may be transformed by the solution found in Jesus Christ.

As a reminder, the costs associated with these Mission Trips is the largest expense in our ministry’s budget. Consequently, I am asking for your financial support so the Kingdom Message can be shared with as many as possible in as many places as possible. Thank you for partnering with me in prayer and needed financial resources.
