2025 Ministry Impact: Lives Changed by Faith
This year, Hope & Solution Ministries has witnessed God’s transformative power at work. We are thrilled to share these statistics as a testament to what your support has made possible:
269 new brothers and sisters in Christ:
- 61 in Tyler
- 148 in Dallas
- 44 in Austin
- 5 in San Antonio
- 11 in New Orleans
12 individuals moved into permanent housing
20 people entered long-term recovery programs
15 people were baptized
Each number represents a unique story of hope, healing, and transformation. We praise God for this growth and for every relationship that has been built in His name.
My Calling and Relocation: Stepping Out in Faith
On September 2nd, I received a clear calling to move to Dallas for 12 to 18 months, dedicating myself to ministry in this new city. This decision was confirmed soon after when my home in Tyler was condemned due to city sewer construction, making it impossible to remain. Though the transition was unexpected, my obedience has opened doors to serve more deeply in Dallas while keeping the ministry’s roots in Tyler.
Hope & Solution Ministries remains based in Tyler. I will return every month for 5 to 7 days to “hit the streets” and stay connected with my and the ministry’s base. It is my hope to set up a real “base” and “presence” of the ministry in Dallas, and my prayer that God will send someone to “run” it. Relocation Challenges and Blessings
Relocating to Dallas brought its own set of trials. First, as I’m sure you are aware, moving is expensive. Rental deposits, overlapping of rent, and a moving company totaled $3936. I moved into a modest 600 sq ft apartment. Downsizing and loss of storage space have proven to be a real challenge. Yet these challenges are minor when compared with the opportunity to share the Gospel in such a ripe field. God’s provision and your prayers and faithful support continue to encourage me.
Holiday Ministry Success: Living Jesus Out Loud
During the 2025 holiday season, your generosity helped us bring joy, relief, and God’s love to 7 families (11 adults and 27 children) at Thanksgiving and Christmas. The Holiday Ministry provided:
- All the necessary food for wonderful Thanksgiving and Christmas meals
- 2 gifts for each child and 1 gift for each adult
- Essential household necessities such as shampoo, bodywash, detergent, etc.
